Emmalee Barresi

Emmalee Barresi is a family law and adoption attorney. She combines her legal expertise with her experience as a mother of four when advocating for families during some of their most difficult times. Her fierce commitment to the law and compassion for families experiencing trauma makes her a successful litigator and a reliable counselor.

Emmalee graduated from Oklahoma Christian University before going on to Oklahoma City University to obtain her juris doctorate in 2016. She serves as a legislatively appointed member in the Commission on the Status of Women where she works to elevate the success and prosperity of Oklahoma women, as well as to educate Oklahomans on the present dangers of human trafficking within our state. She served as the co-chair of the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame in 2023 and will again in 2024.

Above all, Emmalee prizes time spent with her family, as well as any opportunity to bake or read a book.
